Abstract [eng] This study was aimed at the theoretical description of the dynamics of nonequilibrium carriers in inorganic crystalline compound scintillators and semiconductors with a compositional disorder. The proposed methods were exploited to quantitatively describe the effect of compositional disorder on nonequilibrium electron migration in LYSO scintillator host, to simulate the heavy hole diffusion in AlGaN compound semiconductor with different aluminum content, and to simulate excitation transport through gadolinium sublattice to emitting cerium ions in LuGAGG:Ce scintillator. The impact of compositional disorder in GYAGG:Ce scintillator on the emission spectrum of cerium ions was revealed. The theoretical results were verified by linking them to the results obtained experimentally by other authors.
