The aim of the final work of master’s degree – to evaluate the financing of high education, arguing, that it is insufficient because pursuing to enhance and to ensure additional financing of Lithuania’s national high education, it is necessary to enlist private finances and to reconsider the education fees collectively making opportunities for all students who are willing to get income-conditional loans, which repay not only education fees but also the cost-of-living. In the conceptual part of the work with reference to the works of Lithuanian and foreign authors, the conception of human’s capital is discussed in the academic aspect, in its plane investment in the fees of high education and benefit in the attitude of society and individual is justified. In the analytical-investigative part of the work present analysis of the high education’s financing is represented, compared with education rates of other European countries and the profit which is got from investment in the high education in the level of individual is evaluated. The third part of the work includes the anticipation of the ways of improvement the high education’s financing. Stated hypothesis of scientific analysis is confirmed, that social high education’s financing is insufficient, so it is necessary to diversify it. |
