The work is based on management working with DNB NORD, where are main aspects showed: a conversion traditional bank service into electronic one, physical and juristical persons' management is based on the best practise of foreign banks experience, where the bank DNB NORD is one of leader in many bank indexes. There is analysis of influence of banks from France, Germany, England and theUSA. It is also discussed adventages of electronic bankservise against traditional bank service.There is paralleled yield of the biggest Lithuanian banks and presented recounstruktion and expansion of the bank DNB NORD. |
