Abstract [eng] |
This study investigates the machining process influence to the accuracy of constructional element, using statistical process control (SPC). Also, to determine status of the process (controlled, uncontrolled), data were collected and interpreted. With the SPC tool, control charts, monitoring the selected constructional element parameter which determines the capacity of the process, its compliance with product specifications. Using the normal (Gaussian) distribution feature, percentage of good quality items was determined. Causes of incorrectly made constructional elements parameters were detected using the SPC method. Given the results solutions were suggested that enables cost-effective to produce of good parts. Structural element of the accuracy of the assay showed that the appropriate decisions based on real research data rather than assumptions. This approach may help to significantly reduce the internal and external quality losses. |
