Abstract [eng] This master's final paper deals with opportunities and related problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in international trade business. The theoretical part of work consists of latest scientific literature analysis, which result is the entrance to the foreign market marketing strategy model. The key point of the strategy – a comprehensive gap analysis, responsible choice of foreign market and possible local government support. According to this model, the strategy was developed to JSC Ruvera. Internal company environmental was investigated by expert‟s interviews, the outside - a telephone survey and statistical data basis analysis. An investigation showed that the most favorable export market is the Netherlands, according to it the marketing solutions were prepared to access this market.
