In the master’s paper theoretical and practical team work aspects suggested by Lithuanian and foreign authors is analysed and systematized. Basing upon the theoretical analyse I made a questionnaire and performed team work research in Šiauliai City kindergartens. Kindergarten community’s attitude towards the team work is thoroughly analysed. Team work situation in the kindergartens is assessed. Feasibility study on how to make the team work more efficient in Šiauliai kindergartens is performed. Author’s scientific hypothesis that the efficient team work improves work quality in the kindergarten is corroborated. |
