Abstract [eng] Laura Sakalauskienė's dissertation titled " Application of Nanostructures in Glucose Biosensors" explores the use of electrochemically synthesized gold nanostructures in the development of electrochemical glucose biosensors. The focus is on selecting the optimal method for glucose oxidase immobilization on dendritic gold nanostructures to achieve high sensitivity in glucose detection using the soluble redox mediator N-methylphenazonium methosulfate. Additionally, the dissertation examines how electrochemically synthesized gold nanostructures and Prussian blue can be effectively applied in the development of reagentless electrochemical glucose biosensors. The dissertation also presents how these gold nanostructures can be successfully integrated into complex analytical systems by applying them to the determination of glucose in real samples.
