Relevance of the Research. In a democratic state, the relevance of the media (press, television, radio, internet and etc.) is unquestionable. It is one of the most influential social institutes next to a family, state, education and etc. According to L. Astros (2005), this modern XXI-th century media has been used to various purposes – informing, educating, entertaining, communicating, transferring of values. However, while technological means improve, the availability of communication means increases, the flow of public information accelerates, the contents of information changes, it gets a negative shade. Usually publicly presented information reflects violence, sexual compulsion and other negatively evaluated information. |
