| Abstract [eng] | During this study, HILIC method was succesfully developed for the determination of 5 simple sugars – fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose, and lactose. Optimal HILIC conditions were selected, and the sample preparation procedure was optimized. After determining the most suitable analytical approach, analysis of real samples was performed. |
