| Abstract [eng] | In the course of this thesis, YAG:Ln precursors were synthesised by the sol-gel method. The obtained compounds were studied by FTIR, TG, XRD. Refractive indices were determined. The materials were used in 3D laser lithography. From the printed arrays of structures the best fabrication parameters were determined and larger microscale structures were printed. The resulting structures were investigated by SEM and EDX. |
