Abstract [eng] |
This thesis examines the formation of European identity and its impact on the European integration process, based on the assumptions of functionalism, neofunctionalism, post-functionalism and constructivism. Based on the theoretical assumptions, a target group of Ukrainian mobile elites was studied to determine whether a sense of European identity can be formed in a society even when a country is not yet officially a member of the European Union, but its citizens have the right conditions for the formation of a European identity. |
