Abstract [eng] The main goal of this master‘s thesis is to investigate and empirically determine the impact of transformational leadership on employees' innovative behaviour, mediated by psychological empowerment and knowledge sharing in the organisation. The Master's thesis consists of an introduction, three main parts (literature analysis, definition of the research methodology and analysis of the empirical results), conclusions and suggestions, a list of references and annexes. In the literature analysis part, the concepts and characteristics of transformational leadership, innovative behaviour of employees, psychological empowerment and knowledge sharing in the organisation are analysed and defined. This part also analyses the interrelationships between these factors on the basis of the scientific literature. The methodology part of the master‘s thesis presents a conceptual research model based on the literature in order to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on employees' innovative behaviour, mediated by psychological empowerment and knowledge sharing in the organisation. The hypotheses were formulated, the questionnaires to be used for the empirical study were selected and the research extent was defined. A total of 286 respondents participated in the study, out of which 282 responses to questionnaires were found appropriate for the empirical study. The obtained research data was processed using the statistical software SPSS. The research results confirmed that transformational leadership has a positive impact on employees' innovative behaviour. Transformational leadership also has a positive effect on the mediators - psychological empowerment and knowledge sharing in the organisation. The mediation analysis found that the relationship between transformational leadership is mediated by both psychological empowerment and knowledge sharing in the organisation and that this indirect effect of transformational leadership through these mediators is significant. In the light of the literature reviewed and the results of the empirical research, in order to increase the innovative behaviour of employees, it is suggested for organisations to encourage managers at all levels of organisations to use transformational leadership and to pay significant attention to psychological empowerment of employees, as well as to the creation and development of knowledge sharing culture within the organisations.
