Abstract [eng] The main purpose of this master thesis is to determine the impact of emotional competencies on employee well-being mediated by dignity in the workplace and moderated by psychological safety. Tasks of the Work: Based on scientific literature, analyze the concepts of the impact of employees' emotional competencies on psychological safety; Based on scientific literature and conducted empirical studies, find the links between employees' emotional competencies, psychological safety, well-being, and work dignity; Conducting an empirical study, investigate the impact of emotional competencies on psychological safety, well-being, and dignity within the organization; Provide conclusions about the relationships between emotional competencies, dignity, well-being, and psychological safety. Methods of the Work: Analysis of scientific literature and research data; For data analysis, an empirical study. A quantitative study using a questionnaire survey; Systematic processing of the obtained research data using statistical IBM SPSS software. The work consists of three main parts, the analysis of literature, the research and its results, conclusion. Literature analysis review it was observed that emotional competence can be understood as a person's ability to perceive and understand his own and other people's emotions. In the review of scientific literature and previously conducted studies, it was proven that the psychological state has a connection with the employee's well-being, work dignity and emotional competences. The study was conducted remotely by sending a link to an online survey. A total of 342 individuals participated in the survey, most of whom were working in the logistics field, were women, and aged between 20 and 30. The conclusions summarize the main main concepts of literature analysis as well as this work analyses it was found positive and significant relationships between emotional competencies and well-being were found during the research analysis. The obtained data results showed that as well-being increases, so does dignity. In case of high psychological safety, the dignity of the person at work also increases. And psychological safety moderates the relationship between well-being, dignity and self-awareness.
