Abstract [eng] This master’s final paper is analyzed sustainable development conception, which included four main dimensions – economic, social, environmental and institutional. An assessment set of indicators, which is parallel to describe the four spheres, is made based on the broader sustainable development concept. Using the MULTIMOORA method, by a system of indicators, is carried out the multi-criteria assessment, also is formed the raitings, in which countries are grouped according to the relative sustainability of other Member countries. Using the integrated index of sustainable development, Constructive part of the master’s final paper are determined the countries, in which all four spheres developed in parallel. The study partially confirms the author’s scientific research hypothesis that the EU’s 27 countries unable to implement the policy of sustainable development, so that activities in one area negatively acted in other area, therefore spheres of economic, social, environmental and institutional are not developing in parallel.
