Master’s thesis is revised procedural origins and management concepts. Reviewing process methodology of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, Theory of Constraints and their tools. Analyzing the process and time management over time and disclosed technical place factors of process management and disadvantages of process methods. Following the exploratory work using questionnaire survey, experiment and interviews, the research confirms the hypothesis that process management reduces the waste. |
