Abstract [eng] The relevance of the research: A preschool education of a child begins in a family and, on the request of parents as well as on the recommendation of responsible institutions, the education is continued in a preschool education institution. Many scientists (such as V. Krumas (1994), A. Faber and E. Mazlish (1999), S. Dapkienė (2002), M. Lambo and Ch. Lewis (2008) and etc.) emphasize the importance of preschool education to a further education and development of a child. However, just educators’ and parents’ cooperation may help to form child’s skills, behavior and habits ensuring his success in school or in life generally. This is influenced by the effective management of the institution, which would promote institution’s self-management, community’s organization to envisage education strategies and etc. However, nowadays situation shows, that parents’ and educators’ cooperation seeking for the general aim – child’s, as personality’s education’s – is ineffective, and the main reason of unsuccessful collaboration is the incompatibility of parents’ and educators’ attitude towards preschool education. Therefore, on the basis of scientific literature analysis, this master’s thesis deals with preschool age children’s parents’ and educators’ as well as executives’ attitude towards preschool education in a family and in an education institution, which determines successful collaboration and miscellaneous education of the personality. The object of the research is Kėdainiai region’s preschool children’s parents’, educators’ and institution executives’ attitude towards preschool education in a family and in an education institutions. Moreover, it is analyzed how all preschool education institution’s community’s provisions determine a successful collaboration and miscellaneous education of the personality. The objective of the research is to present educators’, executives’ working in the preschool education institutions and parents’ compatibility analysis of the attitudes’ and the opportunities of the managerial solution. The methods of the research are the following: the analysis of scientific literature, the survey and the descriptive statistical data analysis. The amount of the research, which volume was ascertained by stochastic – three-ply method, includes 316 respondents - 30 of them are the executives and educators working in the preschool education institutions and 286 are the parents of these institutions’ pupils. The analysis of the master’s thesis research results’ revealed that the differences between parents’ and preschool educators’ as well as executives’ attitude towards preschool education and collaboration between these two institutions prevail. In some aspects these differences are even essential. In order to ensure the compatibility of these attitudes, it is advisable to optimize the partnership between family, educators and executives with reference to the effective management, also by constant evaluation and self-valuation as well as by proper and timely decision-taking.
