This master's final paper formulates problem of JSC “Stansefabrikken\" personnel motivation system, analyzing and assessing theoretical and practical motivation system aspects by various Lithuanian and foreign authors, it is made a research of employees in order to understand what they are thinking about the motivation system existing in their company, motivation methods and tools. According to this research was made a decision that employees are encouraged not to those methods, which would like to be motivated by the workers themselves. It was confirmed by the author of the study questionnaire formulated hypothesis that the JSC “Stansefabrikken\" motivation system is not so good and do not apply to employees needs ans desires. This personnel motivation research gave some conclusions and proposals, which can be used by JSC “Stansefabrikken” managers to increase the level of employees motivation. |
