Demand of the product in the contemporary market is defined by the optimal ratio between the quality of the product and the price. The product must correspond to requirements, defined and formed in standards as well as by the user for safety, accuracy, reliability and the desired quality of the product must be ensured by the lowers possible input. The article presents methodology of the statistical process control for the analysed ventilation unit “Rekuperatorius 350”. Limits of managing airflows were determined during the survey. Reasons were given affecting the fact that characteristics parameters of the ventilation unit do not fit into calculated limits of control chart. This work describes the process of the survey, stressing the improvement and reliability of produced units and developed sets. |
