In this project Prime Power cutting press is modeled and analyzed. The aim of the project is to analyze the possibilities of increasing the productivity of a cutting press. In the process of work the handing of billets, the automation of storage and manufacturing was looked through. Moreover, the Prime Power cutting press and also the cutting press with the automatic loading/unloading of tin and the cutting press with the automatic assortment were described. Their engineering data was described too. In addition, the efficiency/productivity research on minimizing the time of cutting and stocking expenditure of a cutting press with the automation of storage, automatic loading/unloading and automatic assortment of parts is presented. Also, calculated recoup of the cost of cutting press automation, and tin cutting machine. |
