The conceptual part of Master’s thesis analyzes and systemizes theoretical aspects of companies’ activity development, preparation of investment project, risk management, assessment and effectiveness, presented by Lithuanian and foreign authors. The analytical part assesses the financial position of company “Akema”, presents and financially examines two alternatives of company’s activity development project – “Non-integrated Solar Power Plant” and “Integrated Solar Power Plant”. What is more, the risk analysis of more financially advantageous alternative – integrated solar power plant – was performed. The constructive part presents the social – economic assessment of the alternative. It revealed that project implementation is not beneficial to society. |
