Abstract [eng] The quality is a priority in European countries. All attention is attached to it. Lithuanian ministry of education and science published that the quality is one of all priority of education reforms in 1998. That is why the quality of school‘s education became very important. Children live in very multipartite environment in modern days. The strategy of Lithuanian education attitudes in 2003 – 2012 proposes that every Lithuanian person must know 2 – 3 foreign languages. From 2009 was starting to realize early foreign language learning in Lithuania. The first foreign language is started to learn in the second form. Foreign language is very important and accepted in our multicultural Europe long time ago. Information communication technologies (ICT) changed opinion of foreign language among teachers and children. It is very important to discover the effective usage of ICT in the training process. Therefore, one of the purposes was to reveal the attitude of educators of ICT practice improving the quality of English language education in primary schools.
