Relevance of the research. In country strategy papers it is emphasised that it is very important to change, to modernize the management of education processes, to strengthen the leadership in order to improve the quality of education. In Educational Leadership Development Guidelines (2012) the development of leadership in schools is emphasized in these directions: the development of leadership culture, leadership skills development, the use of leadership models. By this Master's Thesis it was aimed to investigate the expression of leadership and opportunities of its development in schools and its correlation with management and cultural changes. |
