Abstract [eng] Evaluation of fundamental factors' influence on share prices is carried out in the Master's thesis. The first part of the study is focused on the analysis of fundamental price changes of shares and factors effecting shares from a theoretical point of view. Using a scientific empirical research method indicators characteristic to micro- and macroeconomic factors are identified. The second part consists of Lithuanian share market analysis, moreover, change tendencies of micro- and macroeconomic indicators are analysed and compared with the tendencies of the fall of share prices. In the third part of the thesis fundamental factors' influence on share prices assessment models are formed. According to the models formed, indicators, under which presumed changes of share prices in Lithuania could be assessed, are indicated. The results show that the most influential indicators characteristic to micro- and macroeconomic factors are the following: adjusted consumer price index (HICP), money supply (M1), return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), net profit margin (NPM), current ratio (CR).
