The master thesis analyzes the intellectual capital management of Siauliai city businesses, discusses the concept of intellectual capital, development, structure, analysis of intellectual capital models studied companies intellectual capital management. Intellectual capital is an intangible asset enhancing enterprise value, and its management is particularly important in order to raise the company's market value. The study found that companies don‘t manages intellectual capital systematically, only individual parts of it.
