Past research with private-sector organizations suggests that improvements in key traits of the organizational culture can improve organizational performance. There has been a research examining the relationship between organizational culture and communication in logistics organizations. But there was not found any research or theoretical studies. Thatis why this study examined the relationship between the two main theoretical constructs of organizations: organizational culture and communication in logistics organizations by measuring cultural trait scores with the communicative. The subject of the work is The Impact of Organizational Culture to Communication in Logistics Companies, in Kaunas Region. The goals of the work:  to define the conception, regimentation and functions of the organizational culture,  to evaluate principles of changing organizational culture and their outcome.  to define the conception, types, functions ir effectiveness of communication.  to make a theoretical model of The Impact of Organizational Culture to Communication in Logistics Companies,  to evaluate principles of Organizational Culture and Communication and the relationship between them. Work consists of three parts. The volume of work is 67 pages, with 3 tables, 19 illustrations. This study found that organizational culture influence organization’s communication. Leaders of logistics companies should attend to the results seriously. First of all there is a very lack of motivation in these companies. Although the results of survey suggest that organizational climate is significantly correlated to organizational culture and employee performance. Secondly there should be much more effective relationship between employees and leaders, it is very important to let employees participate in decisions making, creating cultural identity, increasing interaction between them. Finally, this study suggests that cultural values should be taken in every organization and extended, because organizational culture does matter and plays a significant role in response to organization. |
