Quality management is one of the main business’ survival assumptions in the competitive environment. Only the companies, which would be implemented the quality management, will be able to supply qualitative and cheap, it is competitive, products. In increasing global competition, Lithuanian businessmen should to distinguish their activity priorities of the management methods and approaches. Object of the task – quality management system Aim of the task – to analyze the benefit of quality management systems for the companies, which are implemented it. The research was carried out by using the questionnaire survey and interviews. ISO quality management system standards are important because the companies, which use these standards, can ensure permanent products and service quality. They help to create an effective system involving all the organization's management and operational elements. These standards improve activities organization of the companies. The implementation of the quality management is one of the most important success conditions in the business; able to increase confidence in business dealings. The single-minded adaptation of the quality system allows companies to achieve competitive advantage in both local and foreign competitors’ aspect. In most countries, only the companies, which have ISO standard can expect to receive public orders. The implementation of the quality management, have not positive influence for the indexes alternation of the company group activities. Only part of the investigated employees has improved working conditions, when the quality management system was implemented. Increase of the service quality, lower receive of the complains from the customer, shows the effectiveness of the quality management system. The work consists of 57 pages. The work includes 13 pictures and 16 tables. In the work are used 34 reference sources. It has 3 appendixes. |
