Abstract [eng] Lately studies suggest the findings of the organizational culture for internal enterprise impact factors - the workers. It is important to clarify how culture works outside the organization, the organization operated, factors, including consumers, the impact that it has a build consumer loyalty and competitive advantage in terms. Master thesis analyses the corporate culture impact on customer loyalty. The subject of master thesis is a link between customer loyalty and factors of corporate culture. The purpose of the work is to disclosure of one of the environmental factors inside the organization - the organization's culture - influence on consumer loyalty. Master thesis is divided into three parts: research problem analysis, theoretical solutions and empirical research.
