Abstract [eng] The aim of this work is to analyse the theory of delinquency's subculture, created by American criminologist David Matza and five techniques of neutralization, created along with Gresham Sykes, which are used by delinquents to neutralise the bonds with norms of law and conventional culture. These techniques are as follows: denial of responsibility, denial of injury, denial of victim, comdemnation of the comdemners and appeal to a higher loyalties. Theoretical context, in which theory of neutralisation was created by integrating the ideas of classical and positivist criminology, is analysed. D. Matza critises and reevaluates the portret of delinquent, pictured by positivists, by integrating the idea of free will, brought to criminology by classical theorists. Empirical research, conducted by author of this work, illustrates the portret of delinquent, pictured by D. Matza, that delinquent drifts between obeying and braking the rules of conventional society.
