Thesis is concludes three parts. The first part deals with describing and analysing job satisfaction and its aspects. Moreover represented the influence of responsibility to job satisfaction and personal involvement to company decisions. Also characterize classical motivation theories and job satisfaction. In second part is discussing and comparing various empirical researches. It is produced job satisfaction empirical researches, particularly delegation ant involvement to management importance. Moreover, it is defining hypothesis and research model. Third part is represented research methodology and survey research analysis. |
