Abstract [eng] From Adam Smith habit of time management has changed significantly. Managers are increasingly moving away from management theory and the direct and indirect subordinates drawing erudition is more obedient and work the usual reasons of organization theory. Organizations are becoming more complex organisms, in which the management tools - management theory - is too simple to implement. Today's organizations really have the following aspects: aggressive profit goal, high staff rotation, effectively exploited their potential, low innovation išvystimas. Of course, that competitive organizations in the future should be managed differently, there's new management roles. Innovation typology is very diverse: operational innovation, product innovation, strategic innovation and, of course, the management of innovation. The object of the paper – Lithuanian managerial innovation in services Paper tasks are: 1. A theoretical concept of innovation management and its links with similar concepts of analysis. 2. Develop service-sector innovation, management has developed an appropriate model for analysis. 3. The developed research model to assess the current service-sector managerial innovation, development level, noting the realistic prospects. The work consists of theoretical and practical analytical parts. Analyse the theoretical part of the theoretical innovation and systemic origin and justification of the concepts of innovation in the theory of distribution, significance analysis of corporate services, as well as their overarching environment. The practical part analizuoajama management innovation in the services sector the situation. It examines the management of innovation in the services sector Development of Lithuania, and the management of innovation processes in the monitoring of development and testing of the model. The third part is the service sector, sectoral indicators of trends and comparison of managerial innovation processes and their influence factors combine communications and assess trends.
