This master thesis analyses most common issues which occur during application of EC Regulation No. 261/2004 in practice. There is a direct relation between these issues and remedies of air passengers rights. This master thesis gives detail analysis of relation between Regulation, Montreal convention and national law. It also deals with the main rights of the passengers in the event of denied boarding, flight cancellation and long delay of flights and which are enshrined in Regulation No. 261/2004. Remedies of air passengers rights are discussed in this master thesis. This paper analyzes various aspects of extrajudicial and judicial remedies and reveals the mechanism of remedies when air carrier violates provisions of Regulation No. 261/2004. |
