Abstract [eng] The paper is collected and provided the theoretical material dealing with the creative advertising strategy process. Formed a new advertising creative strategy development process, a theoretical model that was suitable for testing television advertising. Empirical research has identified the main obstacles affecting television advertising creative strategy development process, time costs, the proposals to overcome them. The work to develop models and test results can be applied in similar studies in all Lithuanian TV channels.
