As tourism motivation and especially it’s influence on purchase decision-making process is quite a new area of study and researchers have a lack of it’s understanding, that is an area which insists more comprehensive researches and arguments not only on the theoretical insights, but also on empirical studies. The subject matter of the paper is motivation factor.The aim of the paper. After exploring the purchase decision-making process in tourism services and the theoretical aspects of motivation and identifying their connection develop a hypothetical model of the influence of the motivation factor on purchase decision-making process and improve it by using the example of the “Zip Travel” company. Methods that have been used in this paper. The analysis of the scientific literature. Experts’ structured interviews. Questionnaire. “ZIP Travel” company was chosen for this research because it is a promising company providing tourism services, which is constantly expanding it’s activities not only by increasing the number of services offered, but also by expanding the number of potential buyers. The company was also proper because there was an opportunity to access it and to communicate directly with it’s customers and also because of an opportunity to access to the necessary data from it. |
