Organizational learning is one of the key factors of competitive advantage. In order to control the situation and win the competitive struggle, companies’ executives must invoke new knowledge, new management systems and use themselves and employees‘ potential of creativity. To achieve this objective the organization is required to learn. The most important learning organization‘s mission is to enable implementation of innovation. Only a learning organization is able to implement effectively these processes, to ensure competitive advantage and provide a firm basis for development. So it is important to understand how organizational learning influences innovation. The object of the work – organizational learning influence on innovation. The goals of the work: 1. Accentuate efficiency criteria of organizational learning and innovation; 2. To evaluate the impact of learning and innovation for development of organizations; 3. Compose empirical organizational learning influence on innovation research model. 4. Evaluate organizations “M” and “N” learning influence on innovation. The main results of the research. Analysis of the organizational learning and innovation by various scientists accentuated efficiency criteria of organizational learning and innovation, evaluated impact for organizations development. The research showed that the aspects of organizational learning run smoothly and efficiently. The implementation of innovation is continuous. Personnel in these processes are involved on the average. Innovation development factors are education and personnel reaction to the implementation processes of innovation. The majority of employees have higher education and their reaction to innovation is favourable. Advantage factors of organizational learning influences the faster innovation implementation. Three-loop organizational learning promotes personnel participation in innovation, but this aspect is insufficient to achieve the maximum involvement. The structure and largeness of work.
