Referring to analysis of scientific literature the conception of organizational culture was analyzed. It was found that organizational culture is core values and assumptions that exist in organizations in order to align employees and organizations goals. It became clear that organizational culture can influence organizations performance, that is why organizational culture assessment method was formed. Empirical research was made and organizational culture assessment method was evaluated. |
