Adoption is a process in which the parents and the children and their families, according to the origin between the personal and financial responsibilities and the dissolution of adoptive parents and adopted children and their relatives and their descendants between personal and property rights and obligations as the creation of relatives by origin. In order to ensure a smooth and successful adoption process, and reducing the tension of the adopted child's adaptation time to adapt the new environment is essential for all socio-educational work during the adoption process, providing services to the family intends to adopt for the preparation of the child, to be adopted and the organization of post-adoption services for the fact of publication. The study mentioned hypothesis - it is likely that the adoption process is complicated by the different authorities involved in the adoption process, not systematically providing socio-educational counseling. The aim is to reveal for the adoption preparing families, children’ and adoptive family’s needs for socioeducational advice and assistance received. The study made it possible to reveal in the adoption process involved persons’ consultation needs and the availability of socioeducational consultation. The data were processed using the content analysis. The study applied an interview technique, using a semi-standardized questionnaire. The given questions were open. |
