At work the tourism conception, tourism system has been analyzed by using the various scientists‘ and theorists‘ scientific works. It is taken a look at the tendencies of tourism expansion in Lithuania with its influential factors and with inner tourism problems and perspectives. The tourism marketing decisions‘ theoretical studies have been done where are analyzed the peculiarities of tourism marketing in regional and incoming tourism. The tourism marketing complex elements and decisions are analyzed and summarized in seeking to develop inner tourism business. Inner tourism business position in the market, expansion opportunities, efficiency of the using marketing decisions and perfection opportunities were developed by the help of qualitative inner tourism marketing decisions efficiency‘ employees at tourism information centres. The users‘ motivation, needs, behavior and their characteristics have been analyzed in inner tourism service users‘ research. Referring to the received research results the effective marketing decisions‘ offers have been submitted. The research lasted from 2nd April to 7th May. The work forms 72 pages.
