Abstract [eng] The relevance of master thesis is very important in modern organization. Important factor is team work when changes are in process. After scientific literature analysis in the project are represented: definition of changes in organization, conditions of changes determined, influenced factors for team work effectiveness. This type of analysis was not accomplished in Lithuania so far. And by analyzing team work changes expression in Lithuanian companies were found, that success of changes determine team work, asserting in team work principles – collaboration, general team work and aim. Effectiveness of team work increase because of skilled team members, capacity, liability, concentration of team and logrolling. Object of the analysis – expression of team work. Goals of the subject: 1. Name the aspects of organization changes by representing its conception definition. 2. Characterize factors which influence organization alternation and changes in it. 3. Determine assumptions and possibilities of team work when changes are in process. 4. Investigate expression of team work and factors increasing effectiveness in chosen organization by empirical analysis. 5. Determine link between team work and changes in organization by empirical analysis. Various specialists participated in the research: leaders, attendants, managers, administrations. Different sizes companies were chosen for the analysis: small, middle and large companies. Total 150 respondents attended in the questioning and 1,5 months were committed for the research. Project volume: introduction, 3 chapters, suggestions, references and internet pages list and appendixes. Amount: 75 pages, 25 tables, 14 figures. With reference to results of the research can be proposed that team work and changes are interdependent. Brought hypothesis verified.
