Object of graduation work are employee motyvation systems. Aim of the work – with reference to research results and specialists' comments, to give offers regarding employee motyvation systems in multinational companies. To group oneself according employees’ age, their salaries and their posts. To complete the goal were worked out these tasks: · To explore the main theoretical aspects of motyvation, work motyvation and motyvation theories; · To review already done researches in Lithuania and foreign countries, regarding employee most populars motyvation means. · To give opinion and comment of specialists, regarding employee motyvation; · Finding out, what new motyvation means are using Lithuanian companies; · Investigate what employees motyvation means are using multinational trading companies, situated in Lithiania. Also to find out what motyvation means employees want. Results will be group oneself according to age, salaries and posts. Structure of the work. Master’s work consist of three main parts: theoretical aspects of the motyvation, analysis of already done researches and specialists commnets, results of employee motyvation systems research, conclusions and offers. The first part of the work offers theoretical fundamentals of motyvation and employee motyvation. There are presented Various authors‘ motyvation, employee motyvation, motyvation systems definitions, short theories of motyvation description. Also we had review of tangible means and non tangible means of motyvation The second part of the work analyze already done researches’ in Lithuania and England regarding employees’ motyvation. Also were given specialists’ comments and and new motyvation systems which gather popularity in Lithuania. The third part offers research of employee motivation systems in mining equipment, architectural engineering and metal trading multinational companies situated in Lithuania. Methods of the research: making master’s work it was referred to Lithuanian and foreign authors’ theoretical studies. There are several already accomplished researches descriptive analysis in the analytical part of the work and several specialists’ comments too. Research of motivation systems in mining equipment, architectural engineering and metal trading multinational companies was done by using questionnaire forms, by giving them to already selected companies. There are 94 pages in this work. First part of the work consists of 30 pages, second part – 21 pages and the third part – 22 pages. There are 11 tables and 19 pictures in the graduation work. There are 2 appendixes at the end of the work. On the list of sources there are various works of Lithuanian and foreign authors, also Internet pages. |
