Abstract [eng] Paper deals with theoretical information communication technology analysis as well as speech development analysis of the pupils with special educational needs. Interview was used to disclose opportunities of information communication technologies in training speech skills of the pupils with special educational needs. Observation was used to disclose the ability of the pupils with special educational needs to use the information communication technologies, their interest and application in the learning process while improving the speaking skills. Study included 4 pedagogues of special school and 23 pedagogues from vocational school as well as 12 pupils with special needs and 5 parents. Empirical part analyses opinions of pupils with special needs and their parents about application of information communication technologies in the education process. Pedagogues’ opinion on application of information communication technologies in developing speaking skills of pupils with special needs is also dealt with.
