Abstract [eng] Each modern organization, wanting to function successfully, must change continually as well as coordinate, improve its entire activity, accelerate employees training. These are the basic aims that cause organization‘s ability to keep competitive advantages in a continually changeable business environment. The competence training models theme is urgent, because in a modern business world, ruled by a huge competition, the value of human factor raised up to a such level that personnel is evaluated as the most important resource and a warranty of successful business. Competencies describe the full range of attributes, skills and abilities that individual must possess in order to achieve an excellent process, leading to a stable growth of the organization. In order to implement the effective use of the competencies in the personnel management, they must be structured into a clear model that would be suitable for all the spheres of personnel management. The models of competencies describe how the best employees process their work in order to achieve the best results. Well known global companies, working with the help of progressive methods, also use the competence training models that help to adjust the activity of employees with the business requirements. The ability to learn much better than competitor, to adapt and improve organizational knowledge base has become the basic factor that helps to win the competitive fight. There is a huge variety of competencies models in the world now. This work has a description of 3 competence training models that are original, systematic, interesting and easily applicable in a practice. A practical research that was done in that work shows us the functioning employee competence training system in some of organizations, and to adjust the competence training model. The object of the work is competence training models. As for the aim of the work, another research was carried out in two joint stock companies of decoration material trade sector. This research lasted one month and 157 participants took part in it. While the research, it was been trying to create a competence training model suitable for decoration materials trade companies and prepare offers for organizations according to career stages of Lominger competence models. The volume of the work is 87 pages with 10 tables and 30 figures.
