Abstract [eng] The main aim of the thesis is to make the model for ensuring UAB “Sonita” employees and customers successful interaction and operative motivation systems. The thesis consists of the three main parts. The first part of the thesis is theoretical which involves the research of model of employees and customers motivation system and role in enterprises. Later is introduced to the main steps of the organization of the motivation of employees and customers also the satisfaction and loyalty of employees. The method used in the assay is the loyalty ACID test to measure the loyalty, partnership of the customers and motivation of the employees. The second part contains current situation analysis of UAB “Sonita”, the main characteristics of the company. T the third part “UAB “Sonita” model for successful employees and customers interaction”. At the end of this part I give suggestions for most problematic personnel ad customers activity in compay.
