Abstract [eng] The work object is the coordination of organization and employees motivation. The main aim of this paper is to analyze the organizational and employees motivation at the theoretical level, form the hypothesis. The following tasks were formed: • to analyze the theory describing the aspects of organization and employees motivation; • to prepare the research’s methodology and carry out empirical research analyzing the coordination of organization and employees motivation; • to analyze organization motives and evaluate nowadays situation in the international company. The work was prepared at the following steps: the preparation of methodise analyzing secondary data; organizing of research, interview, and questionnaires. This part determines the opinion of company’s heads as well as employees concerning their approaches to motivation system, possible problems and solutions. All company’s employees took part in the research. This paper provides the analysis of motivation theories and their implementation in the organization as well as coordination possibilities of organization and employees motivation. According theoretical resources and research results there is provided conclusions and suggestions how heads of international organizations could better organize their work and motivation system that at the same time employees would be motivated and organization could reach its results.
