Abstract [eng] SUMMARY The problem. Each and every company must gain the advantage of concurrence in the international and in the domestic market. Many scientists have examined the strategies of gaining the advantage of concurrence. But there is no such things as a universal model for achieving it. So, to put it in other words, the problem that is being solved by the scientists is – how to prepare a model for a company that provides services that would be legitimate both in theoretical and empirical ways. Work object – the formation process of concurrence advantage. Work objective – to prepare a theoretical model for the formation of concurrence advantage and to validate it in an empirical way using a company that provides services as an example. Work tasks: 1. to descover the conception of concurrence advantage; 2. to find out the ways of concurrence advantage formation; 3. to prepare a theoretical analysis on how to reach the advantage; 4. to base the model on the example of „Plastic Surgery Centre“; The method of the analysis. Common scientific methods were being used while working on the masters task – the method of data analysis and both system and comparison analysis. Work consist of introduction. 3 parts: 1 part – competitive advantage strategies gaining studies, 2 part – competitive advantage strategies of gaining creating theoretical model, 3 part – competitive advantage gaining strategies theoretical an empirical model validate. The work includes 12 tables, 15 pictures and 65 pages.
