Abstract [eng] Recently the struggle takes place not only among services and companies, but also among the images of services and companies. It is substantial for every company to create the image that is beneficial for a company. In the future market the image of a company will play a very important role among the plentitude of similar services an goods. Reliable image of luxurious goods is often understood as the advantage of external environment, however having in mind the quantity of used resources for creating beneficial image, it is essential to follow image creating principles, to consider the characteristics of beneficial image of the company, to select the channels of introducing and representing the image of a company. The influence group of luxurious goods image involves company, consumers and business partners. Favourably evaluated company image enables the company to raise or keep production prices, increase the loyality of a client, to enlist high quality employees, etc. The main favourable aspects of a company image for a consumer are related to the fact that the consumer is informed about the company and its activity, that gives psychological stimulation and reduces the time of choosing a good or a service. Companies in order to be the strongest, should form their image in all possible ways, create peculiar and favourable style for themselves, tell the society their achievements and well–developed, but not false plans. The aim of the work is to analyze the particularity of companies that sell luxurious goods, explore the attitude of the consumer towards the image of such companies and create the model for forming company image of the companies that sell luxurious goods. The atypical model has been formed according to which the image elements are divided into touchable and untouchable. The hypothesis that image is created quickly and forever is denied.
