Rural tourism is a new presently developing business branch and it becomes particularly popular in Lithuania. Incomes from this activity help many business people to survive. Rural tourism is a quite viable market currently where demand exceeds the supply. The subject of work is services quality of rural tourism in Lithuania. Analysis of scientific literature and legal documents related to tourism was performed in this work. Research was accomplished and services quality of rural tourism was explored while doing this work. Model of services quality improvement was established after analyzing results of accomplished research. |
