Abstract [eng] Nowadays it is supposed that the majority of undeveloped countries lie at the equator. These countries’ economy is weak, prevailing poverty, unemployment, lack of education, corruption, disease and epidemics. As a rule, it usually concerns the country in the tropical zone. It is maintained that the underdevelopment reason of these countries is the climate. The environment has a key role in human nature. Of human nature belong their aspirations, the desire to develop and create better living conditions in their country. Inevitably, all the people are affected by temperature, humidity, wind, solar light. These climatic factors may affect the self-explanatory and the same culture. Personalities with different cultural framework have different skills, knowledge and experience. These differences affect the sustainability of the country, the level of development and social progress in the country. Object of the study – countries’ long-term economic growth. Aim of the study – to clarify the basis for long-term economic growth and causes of different development. The first section of the study contains theoretical research of the factors affecting the level of countries development. Various opinions and discussions of different authors analysed, what may affect the country's development. The second section of the study presents various researches of different authors, describing the level development, the causes and consequences of the tropical and temperate countries. Analysed a wide range of countries to create wealth in the model. The third section includes results of empirical study and their interpretations. Formulated the countries growth. Analysed influence of new made G. Hofstede cultural – institutional – psychological integrated indicator for the development level in equatorial countries. Study scope. The volume of the study 106 pages (appendixes uncounted); 16 tables, 54 pictures, 61 literature source and 3 appendixes.
