Export development and promotion is influenced by many factors which are affected by exporting firms, state policy and international environment. These factors are the promotion, regulation, and savings of export efficiency improving. Only the identity of the main and most important export development factors can secure a stable foreign trade and improve the country's economic indicators. The research suggests that at the literature is not released a model incorporating both national and corporate development of export factors, and characterizing the efficiency of these factors. In order to develop exports and to achieve the most effective results in foreign trade, it is important to structure and provide a single model, reflecting the development of export factors affecting both the country's economic performance, as well as each of the exporting companies in foreign sales. Summarizing the Lithuanian and foreign author’s factors of export development, they are divided into two major groups: micro and macro factors of export development. Macro environment factors affect the country and are dependent on each country's ability to manage those factors. Micro factors are classified as operating company-level indicators, which aims to promote a variety of additions and improvements. To make it easier to analyze and provide data to the micro and macro factors, they are still divided into external and internal operating environment. The research of the paper showed that an effective foreign trade is based on competitiveness and innovation. Only by developing and promoting these factors, we can expect long-term efficiency of export. The analysis all factors of export development was created the performance model where the factors of export development are grouped according to level of efficiency. This model identifying the most effective and the most important factors for exporting enterprises and foreign state-run development policies are geared to the promotion and development.
