Abstract [eng] This work has been studied in hospitality marketing concept in Kaunas accomodation sector. Hospitality marketing concept can be defined as purposeful activities of analysis, planning, implementation and control to develop, expand and maintain beneficial exchanges with target customers. The studies were conducted in April 2010. Expert interviews and a questionnaire helped fully answer the problem raised by the work. The object: Hospitality marketing The purpose: Evaluate the application of hospitality marketing in Kaunas accomodation establishments. Tasks: 1. To define the concept of hospitality marketing in accomodation sector. 2. To develop the model of hospitality marketing concept. 3. To investigate hospitality marketing concept in Kaunas accomodation sector following the experts interviews and questionnaire survey. 4. To verify the model of hospitality marketing. Structure: The work consists of three main parts: theoretical, methodological studies and the analysis and conclusions. Size is 75 pages, a list of total 52 literature items.
