VILEIKYTĖ, Rasa. (2008) Consumers Segmentation in Clusters by Bank Statements. Master Graduation Paper. Kaunas: Kaunas Faculty of Humanities, Vilnius University. 81p. SUMMARY In this work is created model of consumer’ segmentation in clusters according bank statements. The aim of this paper is to suggest theoretically and empirically reasoned model for the consumers’ segmentations in clusters by banks statemensts. Work is written with references to primary and secondary data sources analysis. The first big part is for segmentation theory aspects, consumer description in real and virtual markets. In this part the model of customers’ segmentation in clusters by bank statements is created through segmentation method conceptions’ and the confidential criteria combination analysis. The second part is to see how the situation in the market is changing through banks, internet usage and bank cards in today’s life world wide and in Lithuania. Also this part is for Lithuanian customers’ segmentation by clusters according bank statements research scenario and methodology. The third part is for Lithuanian customers’ segmentation in clusters by banks statement research results. The research consist of three parts: one is for juridical persons, second for natural persons and third is for virtual reality users’ researches. Research was held on 2008 March – May. Similar researches were held in USA, Europe Union, so it is a bit compared to it. The paper consists of five main parts: introduction, theoretical part and analytical part, part of results and findings and suggestions.
